We are a professional intellectual property right consultant organization in Asia, who mainly deal with the global domain name registration and internet intellectual property right protection.
Right now we have an important issue to confirm with you. On Oct.13, 2009, we formally received an application, one company named "Heyaws holdings Ltd" applied for the brand keyword "xxx" and following domain names:
xxx.cn
xxx.com.cn
xxx.net.cn
xxx.org.cn
xxx.asia
xxx.hk
xxx.com.hk
xxx.tw
xxx.com.tw
with our organization.
During our preliminary investigation, we found that these domain names' keyword is identical with your trademark. I wonder whether you consigned Heyaws holdings Ltd to register these domain names with us? Or is Heyaws holdings Ltd your business partner or distributor in Asia? If you have no relationship with this company, we assume that they have other purposes to obtain these domain names.
Currently, we have already postponed this company's application temporarily. Therefore please let the relevant person make a confirmation with me by telephone or email as soon as possible.

Hello, I received this email yesterday. It appears to be the same gang as "Star East, Asia Domain and Fexon. They are now operating as West-Technology. However they have kept the same Hong Kong phone number.

During our preliminary investigation,we found that these domain names' keyword and Internet Trademark is identical with your trademark.

At first when I received the letter that someone was trying to nab my brandname & dot.com names in Asia I agreed to have them place my .asia etc. Then I started doing more investigative work on the domain names and found out what a scam this is. I immediately told them I do not want their services. I never transfered money and they are harrassing me to do so claiming to trash me all over Asia and China, see letter below:

I should tell you the following:
1 ,It is a real and valid contract legally, the rights and interests are protected for both of us. Anyone fail to abide by it, which will be sued by international law. meanwhile, the breach side will compensate for 1000EUR for the other.
2, From the point of view of sincerity and moral, we have done what we should implement, our technical department has registered the interent brand name for you,it is protected for you.
3, If during this period, we can't receive your payment, I will follow international domain name registration rules and block your websites in the whole asia and Taiwan, and post your company's dishonest behavior on the internet, and inform your clients this information.
4, Regarding your dishonest deal, we will inform the related chinese government, prohibit your products expand in China and HongKong, meanwhile, during 2008 olympic and 2010 expo, we will also post your dishonest deal, you should responsible for all of this suffering, we will take no responsibility.
I have no choice but to do so.You should know that we had paid all the fees and we had registered these for you.
Attached the application form you signed and the invoice.pls check it.
I am not sending any money, how do I get rid of them and stop him from harrassing me?
