Received several e-mails from a guy called Brent, and when we have repleid he sends more e-mails, I have asked hi toexplain his company and that I think he is scamming and haven`t had a reply.

I have explained clearly to you previously, Because domain name takes open registration,any individual or organization has right to register and domain names without needing to be authorized by any organization. this is international domain name registration principle. According to the rule, So the third party has right to register it.
I have informed you this matter urgently, which is concerned about your intellectual property. hope you can take some time out to handle this case with us now.

I have received a series of emails from West Technology claiming that our domain name is been applied for by a company called Kangda Holding which I suspect is a another corporate vehicle owned by West Technology. I suspected it was a scam but very useful to have it confirmed.

Just received one of these, from a "Sunny Lin" at West Technology. This time it was claiming that some other company (the almost-certain nonexistant Carethy Holdings Ltd) was buying domain names similar to ours (different TLDs), asking if they were agents of ours.
The follow-on email suggested we fill in a Word document form to "dispute" it. The small print seems to indicate that this will lead to us buying them for 139 euros per domain per year!!

Apparently they are still active, and replying to you almost personnally. Basically I had all the .com, .net, .org for my domain. And they replied by saying that they would register all the .us, .cn, .com, etc... Here is the corresponding email with the updated names. Here is first the initial email :
Dear Manager,
We are the domain name register center in Asia,which mainly deal with the domain name registration and dispute internationally.We have something importantneed to confirm with your company.
On the Feb 23th, 2009,we received an application formally.One company named “LaiKa International Investment Co.”who applied for the Internet trademark: " <Company name>" and some domain names relevant to this trademark from our organization.
After our initial examination, we found that the keywords and domain names applied for registration are as same as your company's name and trademark. Because this involved your company name or trade marks,we take this application as one by bad purpose and inform you in no time. Now we have not finished the registration of LaiKa company yet, If you considered these domain names and Internet Trademark are important to your company, in order to deal with this issue better, Please contact us by telephone or email as soon as possible. I received an e-mail today from Meryl at West-Tecnhology net with the same jargon as everyone else seems to have received. I am fairly sceptical and far from being an expert in the field of domain names so put their name in the browser and here`s where I ended up. I imagine they want me to panic and buy every prefix under the sun!!! On the strength of the info I have read here I have popped them in my junk folder .... thanks for the info

As authorized anti-cybersquatting organization we hereby suspect the alleged "kolee company" to be a domain grabber. Hence we need you confirmation for two things:
First of all, whether this alleged "kolee company" is your business partner or distributor in Asia.
Secondly, whether you are interested in registering these domains. (The alleged "kolee company" will be entitled to obtain a domain not needed by original trademark owner.)
