Another Asia based scammer. Goes by either 'NetChina' or 'West Technology', but they are one and the same.What can I do if I have been scammed by NetChina aka West Technology?

I got a message from them I sent them a message and they replied right away but when I called them they could not transfer me to the person (bob.lv ) instead I had to hang up and call somewhere else, they all seemed nervous so I decided to look them up and I found this very useful web site.

As authorized anti-cybersquatting organization we hereby suspect the alleged "kolee company" to be a domain grabber. Hence we need you confirmation for two things:
First of all, whether this alleged "kolee company" is your business partner or distributor in Asia.
Secondly, whether you are interested in registering these domains. (The alleged "kolee company" will be entitled to obtain a domain not needed by original trademark owner.)
