Hi
My husband was taken in by this company and we bought two domains. We pointed these two domains to our main website and until recently this worked pefectly. The domains are now up for renewal but having been lapse with paperwork I can't re-new (I don't want to with Websolve anyway) and I can't re-buy as I can't prove ownership. Please can anyone help? I am disappointed to learn they are scammers - how naive! At the time I had a slight shiver about it but my husband was keen to protect my business and thought it a good idea. Any help gratefully apprecaited. Brilliant site and I look forward to receiving updates. I'm happy to add any information I can to assist anyone else in the same position or to avoid them parting with money when they don't need to.

trying to scam as want to sell
addresses to our company
We originally registered names with Profile Business Services (yes... I know), for 10 years. they registered for the 2 years, but now we're being chased by telesales from this company. I have a bad feeling about them. Might be genuine, but from your checklist sounds not! Notepaper is spurious version of EU logo circle of stars...
Fairly typical domain name scam. They phoned me telling me that 14 related domain names were being bought by someone who may be a business competitor. They could register our names if we could make an immediate payment by credit card. Strangely, they wouldn't give me their address so I could send them a cheque!
I bought and paid for 15 domain names £1,500 back in September from Vertex Solutions. A search says that the names are registered but I dont know if they are registered to me. I want to transfer ownership to someone else.
Can anyone advise me what to do.
Domain Scam 1
Phoned saying they had someone trying to buy domain names similar to ones we currently own and they though something was suspicious.
Offere to sell 10 year registration for the domains at well above standard rates.
Very vague about the exact reasons they were thinking of not selling to the other enquirer etc,
Very vague when re contacted them. But were very clear about selling use the domain names.
Contacted me because they thought someone was fraudulently buying our web addresses. Spoke to an Anthony and a Pamela Robertson (legal advisor). Told it would cost £600 for 6 addresses for 10 years.
Told me that a Mr Shah from Surrey had given his credit card to register www.sinoleccomponents.com for 10 years and did I know anything about this.
Hung up on me when I suggested that this could be a scam.
Well done for keeping up the fight against these time wasters.
www.nethost-int.com phoned to tell us someone was trying to buy several domain name variations of our company name. They said they will register them for a short period until I get back to them on Monday.
Telephone call went something like this "we've had a company apply for domain names acleighnorwich.co.uk etc, which don't appear to be from you. We were worried that they weren't genuine and thought we'd better check. Can you confirm that this company are able to register your name. etc." I said outright that I thought it was a scam and that I would not be continuing the discussion. Someone's gonna fall for it, she was pretty good even when I pushed her on the scam part.
I've just had the standard scam call from a girl called Stacey Moore from Net Host International who tells me that someone is registering 10 variations of domain names which include my company name and they think it is suspicious as the person doesn't want to tell them where they want the domains and emails forwarded to (Do these scammers use the same crib sheet?!).
This is the third time i've had a call like this and I did sadly fall for it on the first occasion but didn't have to pay out too much cash as I held them on the phone whilst I registered the domains I was worried about falling into the wrong hands via a reputable domain seller, in my case 123-reg!
My top tips:
- If you are a business then think about what domains might be problematic if someone did own them and buy them (Remember that it's impossible or very costly to try to buy up every variation of your company name).
- If someone does call you informing you that someone is buying up your domains, take down all the details oif the person who has called including their site name, company name, contact number and the name of the person you are speaking to.
- Send the details to this site as trading standards don't seem to give a monkey about this scam!
I've just checked their website and the head office professes to be in the Netherlands but the home page has two images missing (would a genuine internet business have an error on thri homepage?!).
Phone call today from a "domain registration company"to let me know someone wanted to register nine variations of my company name via them. And he wanted to redirect from the new domain names to his own domain. They thought this suspicious especially as he told them he was not connected with my company and it was none of their business when they asked why he wanted to do this. He might be intending something malicious. And he was obviously serious as he was intending to spend £900 to register the domains for 10 years. (I asked which names and the chap rattled off a list of variations, not really sure exactly what they were now.) Blah blah. I said I was a bit bemused by this and what did he suggest? He put me on hold while he spoke to his manager (!) then came back and waffled a bit more before suggesting I could either just wait and see - try the addresses tomorrow but as long as he didn't actually use my company name on his website then there was little I could legally do - or register the domain names myself!! It would cost £900 for 10 years, but if money was a problem, then he might be able to register for less etc. What did I want to do? I said I would take his number and have a think. He gave me a phone number and said I should call back within an hour, because they could not put off the potential customer longer than this - he would just go to another provider and they would lose the custom. And other providers would not go to the trouble of checking and contacting me like they had done - they are unusual!
Hope this is of some interest? I was trying to find some report of this as a scam and came to your site - although you don't have the company listed, I think it must be suspect?
Conversation went exactly as stated in your Scam No 1.
They have phoned me today saying that a competitor is trying to buy domain names of my company name. The reason I think its a scam is that there fax number is the same as used by hostnet.
Called me saying someone was trying to register similar domain names to our company registered name. They couldn't give any details but I needed to agree now to pay for a 10 year registration otherwise they would go ahead and register the domains with someone else.We would then have to pay a lawyer to try and recover these domain names.
A typical scam of this sort but may still catch people out by the high pressure telesales techniques.
Phoned up wanting £600 to renew 6 domain names we didn't own on the basis another company wanted them. Given 1 hour to decide.
Phoned me up saying they had a client who wanted to buy a load of variations of my business domain (ltd.uk, org.uk, etc) and they he was going to register them for 10 years for over £700.
Obviously total rubbish. Got them to wait and call me back. I investigated with a friend at an ISP who told me they were scammers. When they phoned back I had a very interesting conversation with them. I'll give it to them that they were persistent right to the end of the 10 minute call!
They claimed to be in Manchester with an HQ in Luxembourg.
This company called a client of ours (we're a web design agency) with the usual story - someone wants to buy a domain very similar to yours, but we just wanted to check if you want it first. But of course nobody is really interested in it, so it's just a dodgy pressure sales call.
15 Jan 2009. We received a call this morning from these people claiming that a Jason Riley based in Gloucester had applied to register domains with the same name as our registered domain (mccarthytaylor.com). They said they didn't have any more details about the person but wanted to know if we would object to this. I did expect them to give us the option of registering the domains ourselves, but when I said I didn't mind if this person took the names I think he realised he wasn't going to get anywhere. Not sure if this is a scam, or a genuine situation. It just sounds very odd to me.
We received a call from the company in UK letting us know that someone from our province is trying to purchasedomain names similar to our website. They offered us to buy them in next 20 min for $2000CDN to avoid "defacing" of our business. We declined to do so.
Following on from previous report - I have found that the postal address of hostnet services is highly suspect and the phone number she gave me 0121 737 1646 is listed as a spam solicitor. I called it today and got a non-descript generic message. I've bin had! Lost £300!!
Took a call yesterday about losing D names that we hadn't registered. Very convincing! company called Hostnet Services on http://www.hostnet-online.com/ - obviously legit hosting firm in Birmingham - but superb scamming skills if that is what happened - I handed over my credit card details and registered the domain names in question!- no sign anywhere currently that these folk are scammers... Perhaps you'll find out!
Was called by this company who claimed that some one was buying up domain names. She was very pushy with our customer service girls but when she was transfered to me she backtracked a lot, she didn't ask for money or try to sell anything to me, but had she been talking to someone less experienced I think she would have been more pushy.
Contact person is Linda Anderson. Their office in Brussels is a temporary one and their address in Cambridge doesn't exist (I know I live in Cambridge). They tried to sell us 8 domain names using techniques described on your website. Thank you very much for providing this information.
I've been called this morning by a Tom Price who gave the same return telephone number as EazyWeb. He said he worked for an isp called "Live Solutions". He gave their web site address as livesolutions.uk.com although that domain doesn't exist.
I must admit, the person I spoke with was the most professional sounding, and convincing, domain scammer I have spoken to.
I was contacted by an EazyWeb operator who informed me that somebody had tried to purchase 15 domain names and 45 email addresses. She advised this would cost £1500 and was for a 10 year rolling registration. It was also put them top of any search engine optimisation search.
In response to Linda Newell:
Linda,
It's always sad to hear of someone who has been taken in by these scams, however you have a case to take to your credit card company.
.co.uk domains can only ever be registered for 2 year periods.
elitehealthandbeauty.com is registered to an American company, not to you.
elitehealthandbeauty.net is not registered at all.
If you let me know the other domains, I can tell you who owns them.
Contact your credit card company, tell them that you paid for a service you never received and claim the money back. Don't take no for an answer. Be persistent.
Please also send a case report to the Office of Fair Trading.
Regards,
David
Very convincing company! said it was very urgent to stop the person registering 2 domain names using our companies details!
They called to say s0me one was registering a number of domain names close to ours and that they "did not want to" as the person doing it was nasty. Phoned twice. First time a man who was very rude and second time woman who was more perswasive. Managed to get out of one of our staff the name of a customer that they then said about but also the name of another company who within 10 minutes got the same call about domains being registered and "stopped".
"Julie Sommers" called.
This person said that she'd had a call from a man, who wouldn't leave his name, wanting to buy several domain names similar to one owned by us.
She was therefore claiming to be doing us a favour by allowing us to buy/register them first.
It was very clever and almost worked until I did a little research.
advised that person who was losing business to us was trying to buy domains associated with our product and company name and that was trying to complete transaction now. Even that he had rung again while I was talking to them to complete transaction. That I could prevent this by giving them £1500 now to buy the domains myself
Received 2 unsolicited telephone calls saying that someone was trying to register Chilport Ltd as a domain name. Did we want to buy it to stop them?
I was called this afternoon between clients (and under pressure for time)by a man called Drew Robertson from a company called Vertex Solutions & told a man called Michael Eddison in East Sussex was trying to register domain names for my business -elitehealthandbeauty.com.co.uk.net and 3 other variations.Vertex claimed that they had found my website online and informed the potential purchaser of my business existence but he wanted to register them all for a 10 year period.Drew after asking if I knew this man suggested this was possibly a disgruntled client who was trying to poach business-which I disputed. However, I was alarmed when Drew said that Eddison would probably impact greatly on my potential clientel as his domain names would ensure that my searches would all be directed to his website and not to mine. I panicked as I am a one woman business and worried about the damage that could be caused. I knew that I no longer had any of those domain names but I know very little about how it all works so I said I would call back. He gave me the phone number and website address which I rapidly checked out & it seemed ok so I unfortunately called back to be put through to Kim Watson who Drew said was his manager and she took all of my details and credit card info. She said she would link the new domain names to my current website and they would be valid for 10 years-something I now know is not possible. I have subsequently checked the domain names and they do seem to be registered from today but only for one year. I have been charged £300 and invoiced by email. They faxed an advice note for signature which I unfortunately returned-I am now very worried that apart from wasting £300 I can not really afford I have opened myself up to all kinds of potential fraud. This company is not on your list but all of the technique seems to confirm my fears that I have been scammed.
Called saying that someone wanted to register 9 websites and 27 email addresses with out company name on a 10 year rolling renewal. However we could stop this by buying the names for £100.00 each. Looked at Whois and site only registered 29.08.2008 - Contact name give, probably false Julie Summer
called saying 'Martin Howard' was trying to reregister our domains and divert all email address they (as in LBD) held for our company. Asked to call back Lisa Brook on the above number on extension 33 to discuss how to stop this Martin Howard from stealing our domains...
got the call telling me that someone called jaems phillips was registering 8 alternative variants of my domain and they had been given his credit card details, just checking with me. eventually offered me to buy them for £800 for 10 years. not heard of this scam before, but luckily tried to see if I could register the main ones with my current providor, and got them before finished the call
they phoned our CEO, and tried to scare and create panic through him to purchase 12 domains that have our company name in them. at 100 UK pounds per domain, they also wanted us to send our credit card details over an email in clear text on a scanned page.
They called claiming that someone was attempting to register a domain similar to one of our main ones. However further investigation showed that they did not exist prior to Aug 4, 2008. They also listed a few domains that are still registered to us for another 4 years.
They requested that we pay them in order to park the domains and prevent this other person from using our domain names.
Contacted our business by telephone, said that a company was trying to register 6 domain names related to our company for £600 for the next 10 years. This was reported to me (in IT) and I laughed and registered the names with godaddy - just in case.
I'm going to be phoning them to have a chat in a bit, should be good for a laugh.
caller Linda Shaw (scottish accent) says her company is based in Nottingham. A Mr John Wilson is looking to buy our company domain .com,.eu,.net,.info,.org,.biz for 10 years for £600 blah blah blah
Hi; Received a call earlier today from a company calling themselves 'Live Business Web Design' 0870 716 9699 got our receptionist worried. They had apparently had an online application from someone wanting to register 12 names 'turner-sohamltd.NNN & I think turnerssohamltd.NNN for 10 years would this give me any problems ? want a bit more detail, they couldnt give me this as the application had been made from a individual in a similar sort of company but was using his personal credit card, he was in the Hull area & got quite stroppy when they tried to get more details from him, I asked to speak to this ladies supervisor who was going to e-mail me some further detail, this has not arrived. Would welcome any information you have, please feel free to call me on the above number.
Regards
Peter
Rang to say someone named Chris Travis is attempting to register variations of our domain name. Also claimed this individual was purporting to be from our company, wanting to re-direct the domains to a site that they refused to name.
Yesterday I started to register a new domain for a customer, via 123-Reg, but got interrupted before completing. This morning my customer received a call from a lady identifying themselves as Netwide Designs of Sheffield, who tried to sell them 5 domains (one being exactly the one I had partially registered), for £200. Luckily the customer called us. Supposedly they had a customer in same business only 20 miles or so away wanting to register these numbers !!! I finished registering the new name this morning, but was very concerned to find 123-Reg reporting this as availability unknown when I tried at first.
I wonder if 123-Reg has any known connections with such spammers.
In response to John:
123Reg is a brand owned by Pipex, who are a reputable company and are not involved with domain name scams.
Domain name availability checkers are not always 100% reliable.
Was called saying a person wanted to buy all variations of my url, but they would give 1st choice to buy all 15 urls
for 10 years @ £1500.00
Caller was Lisa Brooks 0870 7169330
Had phone call today saying that competitor in my area had tried to register 7 variations of my domain name and would get all my business. Did I want to go ahead and purchase them first. Sounded so nice and seemed really concerned.
Usual scam- our company was phoned up by UK firm saying someone was trying to register our domain names and did we want to register them.
Possible names at company are Lisa Dodds, Chris Carter, Jessie Clark, Debbie Murphy.
We received a cold call informing us that a Derek Gibson wanted to register online several domains incorporating our company name and that this call was made out of concern for our company. It was suggested that we pay £850 pounds by credit card to purchase the domains requested for 10years in order to prevent this Derek Gibson from doing so.Payment could only be taken by credit card which made us suspicious so we told them we would call them back. We have not done this as we believe from reading further into your website that this is a scam. They do not have an address or contact telephone number on their website. We also noted that many of the companies listed on the scammers database start with the same digits 0870 716 as with the telephone number above.
A woman name Daniella Walker contacted our company by telephone, claiming that someone in the local area was looking to register common variations of our domain name for 10 years.
Wouldn't disclose company registration details - claimed to be sole trader.
Their website (which offers of all things bespoke web development) looks like it has been knocked up in half an hour by a blind man.
We were called by a woman called Hannah Martin (scouse accent) from Euro Formations. She gave the same phone number as above, so it is presumably the same company. She told us that someone was about to buy a variation of our domain name, and was selling a competitive product line. We could stop her registering if we wanted to by buying it ourselves, but only had an hour to decide. After a bit of research on the 'net we realised it was a scam, and have declined her offer...
Telephoned to say that a customer wanted to register paddockfabricationsltd.com and other variations of our company name and that we were being offered a chance to buy them before they do. They said it is likely to be one of your competitors and we're just letting you know out of courtesy and give you first refusal. They emailed us a list of the domains they wanted to register and asked for £1200 for 10 years for all domains. Since most domains can't be registered for more than 2 years and some cost more than £10 per annum, I started to be suspicious. If anyone wants money the same day and rushes you into a decision, it's likely to be a scam. I checked their letterhead and there was no business registration number, and companies house was registered to a company in London and not Bristol which was on their website. The number was 0870 number which can be anywhere in the UK and diverted to a mobile and call costs to 0870 are very expensive to call them back as well. We lost out on a few pence on a phone call. We were lucky. They wanted credit card details also.
Another One!!! All have the same content .... check out globalidentityindex.com and all the other domains i've sent through - oh and to save another email http://neteasi.com - which is rather devious as there is a hosting company called easynet!
I emailed earlier regarding scam domain and hosting companies and decided to dig a little deeper - this is a clone site of iserveuk.net already listed with you.
Our clients have been targeted by these companies on 0870 numbers about registering similar domain names before another person buys them in the same area.
I had a call from 'The Global Identity Index' from a Sophie Cartright and went on to speak to a Sophie Osborn on 0870 7169816, much the same story as previous post on this page.
I spent some time probing them on the phone and i must say they are quite good at making themselves sound genuine. But eventually i found this site during a Google "back ground check" and realised it was a well crafted scam.
Many thanks to those who took time to add these posts, if you are reading this after just receiving one of these calls please register with this site and add "key word" related details to help others find the latest scam on a Google search - this site is excellent and easy to register and post ! Please do it
phoned me saying a prospective competitor was trying to buy 6 web addresses similar to mine + 35 email addresses. The solution they suggested was for me to buy them. I declined
Got a call from a lady called Joan saying that someone would want to register domain names similar to our company's domain name. I asked her to send email to us but she refused. Recently we were also target of asiadnr and I feel that ukdnr is very likely another scammer. Please check and let me know.
I had a call this afternoon from 'Clive Jefferson' at 'The Global Identity Index' (inverted commas to show disdain). He gave 0870 716 9816 as the number on which to call him back.
There was something very fishy about the call, from the fact the first thing he said to me was that our receptionist was
'a bit off' with him and then launched into his nonsense about people trying to buy our domain name. Having got his
call-back number a quick google search showed a message board talking about the scams of 'Websolve International', so I thought I'd let people know that 'The Global Identity Index' is operating from this same number now.
I'm very glad to have found this site. Is there nothing more we could do to trace the 0870 numbers these people hide behind and bring them to justice? They're really quite sickening in the way they operate.
Thanks Richard - important to note that "Websolve International" is completely unaffiliated with Richard's company Websolve. Please keep us up to date with the websites.
These guys are related to iServeUK and UK Business Formations:
Websolve International (http://www.websolveintl.com/)
We have just registered websolveinternational.com and .co.uk and will be putting info up on that. We're getting called by people contacted by these scammers, since we're high up in goggle for Websolve! Had about 15 people contact us already - classic scam as described on your site. The calls started on Tuesday 18 March.
Hope this helps and thanks for the site.
Regards,
Richard Jones
Websolve
I believe my colleage Gareth Spencer has already given some information about this today. Here is my account:
I was approached by telephone today by someone calling themselves Marion Duffy from a company called Websolve (www.websolveintl.com) (0870 716 9816). She informed me that two (rude) Indian gentlemen had tried to purchase seven domain names to trade internationally. The domain names were slight variations of our top level domain name. We were told that these guys were willing to purchase all seven names for a 10 year period and that all traffic and emails would be re-directed from the new domain names to an unknown site. We were apparently called because it was flagged up that we are a bonafide company and we should know about this. After looking into it and with the help of your website, we realised it was a scam as the website offered (www.websolveintl.com) has a link to an already listed known scammer listed in your database (iserveuk.net) this can be seen by selecting 'Privacy Policy' at the bottom of the page. Even comparing the 2 sites shows a striking resemblance.
She phoned back a little later in the day asking if we had made a decision. I first referred to her as 'Jodie' for a reaction and then told her what I thought was going on and that she should seriously discuss this business practise with her senior managment whereas she then expected me to apologise! The call didn't last much longer after that.
I hope this little account of todays happening will be of some help in naming and shaming the scam companies that are trying to rip off legitimate companies like ours using scare tactics.
Kind regards,
Mr. Kayle Garkut
PS. Great site.
We were today called by Web Solve International (www.websolveintl.com) with the same story as usual - other people trying to buy domain names etc. Turns out their website shows copyright by iserveuk.net, who you have listed!!
They have tried this with us also, asking for 15 domains for 10 years. They press you to do something fast or lose the option making up anything to get your money targeting businesses.
We received a cold call from this company advising us their client had asked to buy up 7 domain names relating to our company at £100 each (10 years). They rang to give us first refusal to purchase them.
Trying to offer domains that another company was trying to register that we had the legal right to register it before them.
Associated with http://iserveuk.net/
Web Solve Intl. called me to say one of their clients was trying to buy domain names that made "their client" look like my own company i.e. permutations of the name. They told me that their client was about to pay £600 on his personal credit card to secure the names for 10 years and that they were concerned this may affect my business thus they were informing me. Whilst I held them on the phone I therefore, in a panic, registered the names they listed to myself through my usual domain name registration company. However I now see that they were trying to sell me the domain names and there probably was never "a client" of theirs at all. Beware!
Also to add to previous email below, they were trying to convince me they could sell me a 'security code' that would prevent anyone buying a domain in the future that contained our trade mark or business name, which was completely false. The employees, (if you can call them that!) were all from the uk. Shocking.
Andy
This site called my business and pretended that a gentleman from another company wanted to buy 15 domain names that contained our company name. They said his order was for £1500 pounds and unless i spent £1000 pounds with them, they wouldn't stop selling them to the gentleman that wanted them even though it was unethical. It was an obvious scam, as i went onto easyspace and some of the domains they were talking about were clearly available. They said they had spoken to their legal advisor and passed me between 3 ppl. When i challenged the supposed 'senior member of staff' he hung up. I tried to callo back, but their phone number just goes to answer phone. They have an 0870 number and no address on their website. Awful scam, glad i realised what it was as they were quite convincing and wasted over an hour of my time on what i thought could potentially be a copyright infringement case for my company.
Andy.
"Catherine Rich" introduced herself as a "registrar for the Internet" warning me that someone was trying to register a .co.uk site similar to one of our current names. said "it would be 10 years before we could get the name back". But the twist was taht she said "there was nothing we could do about it" and she didn't offer to sell it to us!!
A woman called Jodie rang the office to say that she was ringing from a company called iserveUK with regard to a concern they had about someone trying to register a series of 10 domain names with variations of our company name. She went on to explain that the man was on the other line, apparently waiting while they processed the registration of the domain names, he was paying for this on a private credit card. Jodie said that he had got shirty when questioned further about the domain names, our company registration number etc, and he had threatened to go elsewhere to register the names if they didn't stop asking questions. They were concerned about the situation, and obviously didn't want to get involved in any legal action should the person trying to register these domain names do anything illegal. The price quoted by iserveUK was £1000 for the 10 domain names for a 10 year registration. I asked Jodie to tell me the name of the person trying to register the names, she kept saying that she would speak to her supervisor, but the data protection act would not allow her to tell me who the other person was. I made a couple of calls to colleagues and one of them showed me this website. Jodie tried phoning back for about 20 minutes but has not phoned since. We registered a few of the domain names with our current provider whilst we had her holding on the phone, for the minimum period and a fraction of the cost just to make sure.
Got a call from Donna reporting that someone had been trying to register 15 domains related to our trademarks. I smelled a rat and waited for her to ask me to register them myself but she didn't. It seemed as though she was reading from a script but I couldn't be certain and she then passed me onto one of her colleagues called Lisa Best who confirmed their client was intending to re-direct these domains to his own company's website.
I'll keep a look out for these domains.
This felt like a scam call but I'm confused that they haven't tried the sales pitch - maybe in time I'll get a follow up call.
Thanks very much for keeping this site going. I thought it was likely that the call they made to me was to be a scam and told my colleague who put them through. Your comment on the 10 years registration just proved it. Well done and keep it up. They said they had someone trying to register the various suffix arrangements to our name and would speak with their supervisor to see if they could register them to us - the line went dead for a while and they came back and said it could be done and left their phone number for me to call back. Quote for doing this was £800 for 10 years for 8 names. I think she said they were based in Swindon.

A client (UK Quango) reported that they had received a call from 'Linda Thomson' of iServe - same telephone number as above. We called her back on the client's behalf. Usual story with a minor variation - a M. Bouchard of Paris, France had requested variants of the client's name across a range of top level domains; he had only left a hotmail account but might be getting back in touch to register the names. We advised Ms Thomson that this looked like domain name mis-selling and would be reported to the usual parties. We also told her that if any names were registered after she was on notice of our client's rights she would be colluding in cybersquatting against a statutory body and may therefore be expected to share with M. Bouchard in the consequences.
A lady by the name of Jodie called today saying that someone is trying to buy domain names .com .net .org and .co.uk all starting with variations of our company name. They had credit card details of the person wanting to buy the domains but could not say who the person was.
ot a call from the above this morning. Unfortunately fell for it and paid £250.00 to register several domain names. Their method was exactly as described on your home page. had I not been in a hurry to attend a meeting I probably would have waited to check it out more thoroughly, but they caught me just at the right time.......you live and learn!!
